Country Pointe at Miller Place
is a one hundred and ten unit condominium complex located approximately sixty miles east of New York City on the north shore of Long Island. Our
2002 award winning community features the Adams and Buckingham units. The Adams is approximately 2,450 square feet, plus a basement of 1,800 square feet. The first level features the master bedroom suite with private bath, two walk in closets, great room, second bedroom, full bath, spacious kitchen, laundry room and two car garage. There is a patio off the great room. The second floor has a third bedroom and bath, large sitting area/loft and storage room.
The Buckingham is a well designed 2,050 square foot unit, plus a basement of 1,250 square feet. It has an impressive foyer, large great room, family room, kitchen, half bath and one car garage on the first level. Access to the patio is from the kitchen. The Miller Place school district provides a strong academic program with a variety of extra curricular activities including a top notch sports program. There is abundant shopping within a mile of our community and the SmithHaven Mall is approximately seven miles west of our community. There is no shortage of activities in the area with beaches, boating, golf, museums, parks and nature trails topping the list. Our area has a variety of spectacular restaurants to please the most discriminating palette. New York City provides some of the greatest entertainment, museums, hotels, restaurants, and cultural events in the world.
